AREA MANAGER TERMS & CONDITIONS Last Updated: August 2026 These Area Manager Terms & Conditions ("AM Terms") govern your participation as an Area Manager on the FixiFind platform, operated by FixiFind ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering as an Area Manager, you agree to be bound by these AM Terms in addition to FixiFind's general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 1. ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY As an Area Manager, you act as a local representative of FixiFind responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing service providers within your designated locality ("Territory"). To register as an Area Manager, you confirm that you: - Are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. - Will provide accurate and current personal, contact, and payment (UPI) information. - Will keep any license or business registration details you submit accurate and up to date. - Understand that your registration is subject to review and approval by FixiFind, which may reject or revoke approval at its sole discretion. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES As an Area Manager, you agree to: - Recruit and onboard qualified service providers within your Territory. - Verify, to a reasonable standard, the identity, skills, and conduct of providers you onboard. - Oversee the day-to-day quality and professionalism of providers under your management. - Confirm, reject, and manage bookings for providers you oversee in a timely manner. - Respond promptly to customer and provider queries routed through you. - Escalate disputes, safety concerns, or policy violations to FixiFind promptly. 3. PROVIDER RECRUITMENT AND OVERSIGHT - You may recruit providers directly ("exclusive providers") or accept providers who apply to join your Territory. - You are responsible for ensuring providers you manage comply with FixiFind's quality and conduct standards. - FixiFind reserves the right to independently review, approve, suspend, or remove any provider regardless of who recruited them. - You must not misrepresent a provider's qualifications, experience, or licensing status when submitting them for approval. 4. COMMISSION AND PAYMENTS - You earn commission on bookings completed by providers under your management, calculated per the commission structure communicated to you by FixiFind at onboarding or subsequently updated with notice. - Payouts are processed to the UPI ID or payment details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring these details are accurate and current. - FixiFind may withhold or reverse commission on bookings later found to be fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or in violation of these AM Terms. - Tax compliance (including GST/income tax reporting, if applicable) on commissions earned is your sole responsibility. 5. EXCLUSIVITY AND NON-COMPETE - While active as an Area Manager, you must not simultaneously operate as an area manager, franchisee, or equivalent role for a competing local-services marketplace without FixiFind's prior written approval. - You must not solicit providers or customers acquired through FixiFind to transact outside the platform in order to avoid platform fees. 6. CONDUCT AND COMPLIANCE - You must treat providers, customers, and FixiFind staff with professionalism and respect. - Harassment, discrimination, fraud, or abusive behaviour of any kind will result in immediate suspension or termination. - You must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws in the course of performing your role. - You must not use your access to platform data for any purpose outside your duties as an Area Manager. 7. DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY - In the course of your role, you may access customer and provider contact details, booking information, and other data made available through the platform. - You agree to use this data solely to perform your duties as an Area Manager and not to disclose, sell, or misuse it for any other purpose. - This confidentiality obligation continues even after your role as an Area Manager ends. 8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION - FixiFind may suspend or terminate your Area Manager status at any time, with or without cause, including for policy violations, fraud, sustained underperformance, or working outside the platform. - You may resign from your Area Manager role at any time by notifying FixiFind; providers under your management will be reassigned or given the option to continue independently. - Upon termination, any pending, verified commission owed to you will be paid out per FixiFind's standard payout schedule; unverified or disputed amounts may be withheld pending review. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - FixiFind is not liable for losses arising from your independent business decisions made in your capacity as an Area Manager. - Your total claims against FixiFind arising from your Area Manager role are limited to the commission amounts owed and unpaid at the time of the claim. - FixiFind does not guarantee any minimum volume of bookings, providers, or earnings. 10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These AM Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kerala, India. Disputes should first be raised with FixiFind at fixifind@gmail.com; if unresolved within 30 days, the matter will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS FixiFind may update these AM Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Area Managers, and continued activity as an Area Manager after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 12.
