• Location Information: City, state, and approximate geographic location to match you with nearby service providers.
• Payment Information: We do not store full card numbers. Payment details (UPI IDs, partial card info) are processed directly by our payment partners — Cashfree and Razorpay.
• Booking Information: Service requests, booking dates and times, service descriptions, and transaction history.
• Usage Data: Device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and interactions within the platform for analytics and security purposes.
• Communications: Messages, reviews, and support inquiries you submit through FixiFind.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and verify your account across all roles (Customer, Provider, Area Manager).
• Booking Services: To connect customers with service providers, confirm bookings, and manage service delivery.
• Payments: To initiate, process, and verify payments through Cashfree and Razorpay integrations.
• Notifications: To send booking confirmations, status updates, review requests, and promotional messages via in-app notifications and email.
• Platform Safety: To detect fraud, enforce our terms of service, and protect users from abuse.
• Improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve our platform features and experience.
• Legal Compliance: To fulfil obligations under applicable Indian laws and regulations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as described below:

• Service Providers: When you book a service, your name and phone number are shared with the assigned service provider to enable the service.
• Area Managers: Area Managers overseeing a provider may see booking details and customer contact information for coordination purposes.
• Payment Partners: Cashfree Payments and Razorpay receive the information necessary to process your transactions securely.
• Administrative Access: FixiFind admins may access account information to resolve disputes or investigate issues.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

FixiFind uses industry-standard payment gateways — Cashfree Payments and Razorpay — to process all transactions. These partners are PCI-DSS compliant and handle all sensitive financial data.

We never store full credit/debit card numbers on our servers. A convenience fee of 1.75% (Cashfree processing fee) may apply to payments made through the platform. All payment data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years after deletion for legal and audit purposes.
• Booking records are retained for 5 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
• Review and rating data may be retained indefinitely as part of provider reputation records.
• You may request earlier deletion of your personal data (see Your Rights section below).

Under applicable Indian data protection principles, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account profile.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data, such as promotional communications.
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

FixiFind uses essential cookies and browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) to maintain your session, remember your location preferences, and improve your browsing experience. We use:
